Milan Comfort Zone

There is a certain level of euphoria that takes over my body each time our plane lands in Milan. Preparing for meetings and seeing new faces is so exciting I find it hard to sit still, but I don't think I could wear my airport clothing to these meetings. I knew I’d have to change before making my appointment with the Versace team for a fitting before the men’s show that evening and I didn’t want to lose the comfort I had with the outfit I wore on the plane though. So how did I do it? Well, a dress of course A

Swapping airport comfort for the streets of Milan was made simple with this gray midi-dress. As you can probably tell, I’ve really been loving this type of dress length recently. The casual glamour is perfect for the winter and pairing this sort of dress with a black pointed toe boot definitely enhances the sophistication of the outfit. I also think that a light colored dress like this looks the best when accessorized by darker hues, like these black sunglasses, leather jacket (how much do you love the zipper on the sleeve?), and purse. It makes the whole thing a little more special, don’t you think? Further, I think it’s nice to add a little color, especially when it’s cloudy. This maroon scarf gives me a happier overall feeling, but I’m in Milan, how could I not?
