Happy Sunday sweeties! We arrived home yesterday from Berlin and after a good night sleep I'm almost off for a day spend outside enjoying the lovely weather with my friends and family, aah how I love sunday's. Before I leave home I figured it would be fun to take you with me on my ideal break during the week.
For a break in between shootings and meetings, all I need is sun and some coffee to recharge myself. Whereas I love a nice lunchbreak at one of my favourite spots in Amsterdam, from time to time I can definitely enjoy a long walk alone, or with my loves ones, with some fresh fruit and a coffee or tea on-the-go. This time I wanted to take you with me on my break. A
I've read so many articles online about how people should meditate every day for at least 20 minutes because our lives get more hectic. I definitely agree but unfortunately taking a 'real break' is not always a priority for everyone, including myself. Therefore, I decided that at least a few days a week I want these meditation moments during my lunch break. To me it's important to take those moments for myself where it's just me, my thoughts, my lunch meal and my recent favourite Starbucks discoveries: the Skinny Latte. And when I decide to drink coffee, I prefer that it contains less sugar while it remains its taste, hence 'skinny' latte. A So whenever I quickly want to crab coffee and fresh fruit I just go to the nearest by supermarket and off I go for a nice relaxing walk. How do you guys spend your ideal break?
