The leaves are falling down, and I’m having autumnal feelings more and more. Every season has its charm, and living in The Netherlands gives me the opportunity to enjoy each characteristic of the four seasons. Autumn has something special, don’t you think? It’s getting dark earlier, nature turns into beautiful colors, and people start spending more time inside the house. Even though Maurits and I are often away from home (we actually just arrived in Rome, and leaving already!), I love redecorating it from time to time and start lighting candles again.
Unconsciously, I picked out an outfit that matched the autumn colored leaves. I opted for a copper colored shorts from Kora Rae, which is great to wear with bare legs or with black tights when it's getting colder in the coming months. Next to the usual burgundy, which remains a hit every season, I firmly believe copper is the new IT-color this fall/winter. I combined it with a super cozy off white sweater and my Céline bag. I have to say that Kora Rae keeps on surprising me with their cool, youthful yet super chic and sophisticated designs. It always gives me such a magical feeling while sporting their items. Also, I was finally able to wear the new addition to my wardrobe: these brushed calf shoes from Marni. Can’t get enough of their edgy shape and golden plagues, what do you guys think? I already noticed that it was either a love it or hate it item on Instagram. A
