Blending In vs. Standing Out

After a full day of meetings, right before we wanted to get in the car, I figured that this was the perfect setting to shoot the look I was wearing that day. On top of the parking garage I discovered the most beautiful view to end another amazing day with – a sight that had to be captured in my opinion. The car park also featured lots of white walls, which created a clean minimalistic look. I blended in with that backdrop very well with my winter white coat; a key piece to stay warm while standing out against the dark weather these days.

At the same time these white walls had such a great contrast with the tricolored gloves from Dolce & Gabbana that protected my hands against the cold (ok it might not be that cold yet, but they look cute and that's what counts right?). I love how these gloves involve mustard yellow, dark green, and burgundy; warm yet wintery pigments. I continued the last color by adding other dark details to the look, such as my Marni brogues and trusty Alexander Wang bag.

I was wearing
Knit Coat with Scarf Collar
Soft Jersey Roller
Ripped Skinny Jeans
Light Mohair Hat
Gloves Dolce & Gabbana
Alexander Wang Emile Bag
Marni Shoes
